INOCUL8 Is an initiative of Community Based Participatory Immunization Foundation (CBPI) and Emcorp Healthcare Ltd. We combat vaccine preventable diseases using technology and health promotion models to raise awareness on vaccine preventable diseases, increasing access to vaccines and linkage to care and treatment as a tertiary forms of prevention.


In line with the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3 our objectives are:

  • To contribute our quota to ensuring healthy lives and promotion of wellbeing of all people of all ages by increasing access to safe, effective, quality, and affordable vaccines.
  • To Foster health promotion and disease Prevention in our local communities especially among the underserved.

Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (CEO)


Emmanuel is a Pharmacist, social entrepreneur, inventor, innovator, with vast business acumen and people skills. He holds a certificate in Project management in Global health from the University of Washington, and obtained certificate in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from the Lagos Business School Pan-Atlantic University. Emmanuel is an alumnus of MaRS Discovery District of the Ontario Network of Entrepreneurs (ONE) entrepreneurship program (Canada) and Fate Foundation aspiring entrepreneurs program (Nigeria). Emmanuel is a Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) Entrepreneur and a Fellow President Obama Young Aftican Leaders Initiative (YALI). He holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) and a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from the prestigious University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State. Emmanuel has received several certifications, some of which includes; Leaders-In-Training (International Pharmaceutical Student Federation), Good Clinical Practice (NIDA Clinical Trial Network), Introduction to the Principles and Practice of Clinical Redearch (NIH Clinical Centre), Logistics and Supply Chain Management (USAID Project Deliver). Based on his passion for Public health, Emmanuel worked with Emcorp healthcare, Shiloh healthcare, and National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) to safe guard the health of the nation, and volunteered for Assisting Caring and Empowering (ACE) Charity (Nigeria), Pro Health International (Nigeria), Food for All Initiative (Ghana), Moses Lake Medical Team (USA), Isoko Health Foundation (USA), from where he gathered practical knowledge and skills on Project management and Monitoring and Evaluation of projects.



Head of Outreach Engagement


Paul is a Medical doctor, a Public health enthusiasts with sound leadership, organization, and planning skills. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS), from the prestigious University of Jos, Plateau State. Paul has worked with the Federal Medical Center Bida Niger State, from where he gathered years of experience treating mothers and children. During his free time he volunteers for several organizations some of which includes; Assisting Caring and Empowering (ACE) Charity, Yakubu Gowon Foundation.



Project manager


Erioluwa is a social entrepreneur with amazing leadership skills, an outstanding critical thinker with good writing and public speaking skills. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSC) degree from the great Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State. A registered Nurse and Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria and several certifications in Health Safety and Environment, Quality Assurance and Quality Control, Project management amongst others. Erioluwa has worked with several health institutions; Obafemi Awolowo Teaching Hospital (OAUTHC), Ibrahim Babagida Specialist Hospital but to mention a few. She has held several leadership positions some of which includes; Assistant General Secretary Sickle Cell Club, General Secretary Medical CDS NYSC amongst others. Based on her passion for public health she spends her free time volunteering to serve humanity.



Head IT


Stanley is a Tech enthusiasts and Founder of Iprosoft Technologies Nig., with a vast knowledge and skills in computer programming (JAVA, HTML, PHP, CSS amongst others). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer science from the prestigious Imo State University (IMSU), Owerri, Imo State. Stanley is a Graduate Member of the Computer Professionals of Nigeria (GMCPN) and has worked with several organizations which includes; Iprosoft Technologies, Prolifikwares computers amongst others.





Balogun Hammed Olasunkanmi is a full stack web developer, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) expert and a digital marketer. He has worked with several MSME to bring there businesses online.

He is certified in Search Engine Optimization by University of California, Davies, offered through Coursera. A Microsoft in partnership with Andela certified front end web developer and a Google certified digital marketer.

Momoh Osezua Amos

Program Manager/Chief Operations officer (COO)


Momoh is a Physician with a passion for social entrepreneurship and has significant experience in the Public health space. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery (M.B.B.S) from the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. Over the past 4 years working in the Public/Private health sectors, he been able to acquire the necessary Public health knowledge and skills in implementation Science; Clinical Case Management; Clinical Research; Capacity Building; Data Quality Assurance; Monitoring/Evaluation/learning and Project management. Amongst other things in his development journey, he has certifications in leadership and management in health from the University of Washington, Health Policy financing from WHO Virtual campus Geneva and also a Fellow of President Obama Young Africa Leaders Initiative (YALI West Africa Cohort 4).


Lovelyn Samuel

WHO IS Lovelyn?

Lovelyn Samuel is an enthusiastic lawyer with a great passion for Social development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in law(L.LB)from the University of Benin. She has hand-on research experience working in the private sector notably Aluko & Oyebode law firm. She has also acquired administrative and managerial skill in both public and private business sectors and relative skills in Human Resource Management.

WHO IS Favour?

Eseosa is a fourth year Pharm.D student of University of Benin. She is a proactive, hardworking student leader and volunteer keen about public health advocacy and policy reform to improve health outcomes in Low- Middle- Income- Countries like Nigeria. She is particularly working on the area of Non-Communicable Diseases such as Cancer, Diabetes, Chronic Respiratory Diseases, etc of which there are increasing cases in Nigeria. A critical thinker, writer and communicator, she is the current editor-in-chief of the Pharmaceutical Association of Nigeria Students (PANS), Uniben and holds key roles in some other organizations.


Fatimah Adetola Adeyekun

WHO IS Fatimah?

Fatimah is a Pharmacist who is an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria. She has about three years working experience in the Hospital, Community and Public Health aspect of Pharmacy. She is interested in public health and is particularly interested in areas that adopt the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. She has been involved in different forms of community development services and is passionate about social enterprise. She also has a strong aptitude for logistics and supply chain. She is a great team player and with excellent organisational and problem solving skills. Amongst other things she has certifications in Economic Evaluation in global health and Leadership and Management in Health with the University of Washington. She is currently an iLEAD fellow with LEAP Africa and a Development Knowledge Facilitator of the SDGs.


Iduonibin Margaret

WHO IS Margaret?

She is a young,vibrant and exceptional medical doctor with vast experience in Clincal Medicine. She holds a second class upper degree in human physiology from University of Portharcourt as well as an M.B.B.S from the same institution. Apart from a sound clinical acumen in diagnosing and treating common tropical illness, she has also gained meaningful experience volunteering with several state governments in mass immunization campaigns and rural outreaches
Volunteering is her heart beat as spend most of her free days offering free medical services to the underprivileged.
She holds Emergency Certifications American Heart Association, and has attended a wide array of trainings on Immunization Organized by International Organizations. She also has an aptitude for languages, as she speaks French fluently and Spainish at intermediate levels


Adamove Ofuje Osho

Business Development

WHO IS Osho?

Adamove is a public health professional with a passion for research based policy action. He holds a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Calvin Colleges and a Master’s degree in Public Health from the Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health, during which time he served as his cohort’s representative on the student assembly as well as the advocacy team lead in the Johns Hopkins Partners in Health engage chapter. He has worked in public health positions both in Nigeria and in the United States and has been exposed to a broad range of approaches to solving public health problems. He is also certified in health safety and environment as well as project management. His volunteer experience with LEAP Africa has helped him to better understand dynamic engagement and interventions at a grassroots level.
